We want you to love everything you buy from House of Senti. We’re proud to offer exceptional wellness products for your home, but we also understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right.

That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy: if you don’t love it, you don’t pay a thing.

If you decide you’d like to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, just email us at team@houseofsenti.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll provide you with simple, step-by-step instructions on how to return it.

We’ll also cover the return shipping costs—because we know there’s nothing worse than paying to send back something you didn’t love.

Once your returned item(s) arrive and have been inspected at our warehouse, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund right away.

Important Notes:

• To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in "Like New" condition, with all original packaging and included accessories.

• "Like New" means the product should show no signs of wear or use. 

• For safety, hygiene, and installation reasons, certain wellness products (for example, steam showers, saunas, ice baths or therapy beds that have been either installed or used) cannot be accepted for return once installed or used.

• If returned items show visible signs of use, wear, or damage, we may be unable to offer a full refund, as we cannot resell these items in new condition.

• Any free gifts included with your purchase must also be returned to qualify for a full refund.
