Shipping Policy

Shipping is FREE on all orders to customers within United Kingdom.

We don't want to mess around with fine print and extra charges, we like things to be simple and easy. 

All of our deliveries are kerbside, which means the courier will deliver your items to the nearest access point at the front of your property, usually a driveway. Our courier's insurance only allows them to enter the nearest access point of your property, and so this must be adhered to.

Shipping lead times can be found on the individual product pages, or feel free to contact us for a timeline.

There are exceptions, where an enhanced shipping offering is required, for example if the product needs putting in place, lifting into challenging access areas, or delivered for installation - in these cases, we will give the customer a custom shipping cost, and that can be accepted or declined. If the customer declines the shipping quote, they are eligible for a full refund on their order.
